Welcome to the Taxi Israel Ltd. website. Use of the website and of the station's services is subject to the terms below.

This is an English translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. Limitation of liability

The station and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the customer as a result of a taxi's delay, including missed flights, events or meetings. Estimated arrival times are estimates only and depend on traffic and driver availability.

2. Booking rides

A ride booked through the website (contact form) is not finally confirmed. A booking is confirmed only after confirmation by phone or a message from a station representative.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website (if any) are estimates only. The binding price is the metered fare as required by law, or the Ministry of Transport price list for intercity rides. Payment is made directly to the driver.

4. Cancellations

A ride booked in advance may be canceled by notifying the station by phone at least one hour before the pickup time. The station reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations when the taxi is already on its way.

5. Lost and found

The station will make every effort to help locate items left in a taxi, but passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
