How does a Ben Gurion Airport pickup work?
- Book in advance: by phone or in the app, before your flight.
- Share your flight details: your scheduled landing time and flight number, the number of passengers, how many bags you have and your address in Jerusalem.
- Land and go: your driver waits for you at Ben Gurion Airport and drives you straight to your door.
Why pre-book?
At busy times, the taxi line outside the terminal can be long. When your pickup is booked in advance, your driver is already waiting, and the vehicle is matched to your group and luggage. That matters most after a night flight, when you travel with children, or when you land with lots of bags.
Is your flight delayed?
Let our dispatch know about any change to your landing time, and we will arrange an updated pickup time with you.
